It is urged that appropriate direction be issued to court concerned to expedite the trial of Complaint Case No. 2092 of 2008 arising out in Case No.3408 of 2011 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P.Act,  P.S. Sarapataha, District Jaunpur

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with the direction to court concerned to expedite trial of pending Complaint Case No. 2092 of 2008 arising out in Case No. 3408 of 2011 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 5th, Jaunpur as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that court below would not grant unnecessary adjournments, adjournment if any, shall be for strong and compelling reasons, else would attract exemplary cost of not less than Rs. 300/-

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes not to seek any adjournment.
