Heard Sri Raj Kumar Khanna, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Raunak Chaturvedi, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A.

Counter and rejoinder affidavit has been exchanged and supplementary affidavit dated 4.8.2015 filed today on behalf of the applicants is taken on record.

Both the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties do not dispute that the issue involved in this application is covered by the judgment dated 10.8.2015 passed in respect of co-accused, Gaurav Sharma in an Application under Section 482 No. 19143 of 2015. It is thus contended that this application be  also disposed of on same terms and conditions. Learned counsel for the applicants has placed on record a copy of the judgment/order dated 10.8.2015, authenticity of which is not disputed by Sri Raunak Chaturvedi.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of on the terms and conditions/protection in judgment/order dated 10.8.2015 in Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 19143 of 2015.

The judgment/order dated 10.8.2015 shall form a part of this order.
