1. Called in revised. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 31.8.1995 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gyanpur, Varanasi in Criminal Appeal No. 12/93, Mewa Lal Vs. State imposing fine of Rs. 5000/- upon the revisionist as compensation and also giving benefit of first offender under the provisions of Probation Act, directing him to furnish security bond of Rs. 5000/- along with two sureties and the judgment and order dted 2.9.1993 passed by the IIIrd Additional Munsif Magistrate, Gyanpur, Varanasi in Criminal Case No. 170/9, State Vs. Mewa Lal under Sections 452, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Chauri, Varanasi convicting the revisionist.

3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.

4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
