It is contended by Sri Gyanendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 that he has given written notice to Sri Amitabh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants, who has refused to take notice, copy of which has been produced by the learned counsel for opposite party No.2, which is being taken on record.
Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 further contends that he has filed counter affidavit after serving the same on the learned counsel for the applicants on 8.4.2012, but till date no rejoinder affidavit has been filed and none appeared on behalf of the applicants inspite of service of notice by the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
Accordingly, interim order granted earlier is hereby vacated.
List after two weeks.
Sri Gyanendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 undertakes to inform about this order to learned counsel for the applicants in writing, within 48 hours.
