1. Called in revised. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 22.1.1993 passed by the Xth Additional Sessions Judge, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 20 of 1989, Rajesh Singh Vs. State and others, whereby he has rejected the appeal and upheld the order of conviction of the revisionist, passed by Munsif Magistrate-I Agra vide judgment and order dated 21.1.1989 in Criminal Case No. 1465 of 1986, State Vs. Rajendra Singh Tyagi, under Section 279, 338, 304A I.P.C., P.S. New Agra, District Agra convicting the revisionist for one year rigorous imprisonment under Section 304A I.P.C. and for six months rigorous imprisonment under Section 279 I.P.C.

3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.

4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
