This petition has been filed by the petitioner Mohd. Amir with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation  and to transfer  the investigation  from the police station Kotwali Nagar, Pratapgarh i of case crime No.401 of 2014 under section 307/34 IPC to any other circle.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, there is no good ground to transfer the investigation  from local police. Such prayer is refused. However, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Pratapgarh who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
