The petitioner states that he is facing hardship as his wife and children are living at Lucknow where he is posted at Ballia.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Ayurvedic & Unani Services, UP, Lucknow (Respondent no. 2) to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner filed by him on 28.6.2014 within a period of two months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before him.
