The petitioner seeks a direction upon respondent to pay his the promotional pay scale.

The grievance of the petitioner is that  he is working in LT Grade since 7.2.2014 in a recognized institution namely Ratan Nath Inter College, Rasin, Chitrakoot. 

His grievance is that he is entitled for his promotional scale from February, 2004. In spite of several representations, he has not been paid. Petitioner in the meantime stood retired. 

From the record it transpires that the petitioner for redressal of his grievance has moved an application to the authority concerned on 4.5.2012 and has also sent a reminder, but no action has been taken by the authority concerned.

Having regards to the facts of the case, in my view ends of justice requires that a direction may be issued to the District Inspector of Schools, Chitrakoot (Respondent no. 2) to consider the cause of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously. Needless to say that this court has not expressed its opinion on merit of the case. Respondent no. 2 shall pass orders independently in accordance with law.
