this application has been preferred to substitute the legal heirs of Kedar Nath (Appellant No. 1) who has expired on 11.5.2010.

The application is within time and filed by heir and legal representative.

Hence, the substitution application is allowed. The heirs and legal representatives of Appellant no. 1 are taken on record.

Office is directed to carry out necessary correction in the Memo of Appeal.
