Learned counsel for the respondents Sri G.S.D. Mishra has opposed the the illness slip of Sri P.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner contending that he has come to this Court and is arguing in another Court.

In view of above, the matter is not to be adjourned on the ground of illness slip. However, since the time is not sufficient to hear the matter, I direct the matter to be listed in the next cause list.
