Learned standing counsel seeks further time to obtain instructions.

It is stated that the respondents have allowed the petitioner to fill up the form of BTC-2011(Practical) IVth Semester.

Learned standing counsel was directed to seek instructions. He states that he has informed the concerned authority, but has not received the instruction.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal, District Education and Training Institute, Badaun (Respondent nno. 3) to hold the practical examination of the petitioner at an early date. Respondent no. 3 will consider the case of the petitioner with regard to the fact  that he is a differently able person and deserves sympathy of the society.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
