This application has been filed with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the court concerned  to expedite the proceedings of complaint case No. 4015 of 2010 under sections 323, 504, 384 IPC pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Gonda.

Considering the fact that the applicant is complainant of this case, on his complaint the learned Magistrate has taken the cognizance and summoned the applicant vide order dated 10.2.2011. The order dated 10.2.2011 has been challenged by the accused person by way of filing the Criminal Revision No. 172 of 2004 the same has been dismissed.

In such circumstances, it is directed that in case the proceedings of the above mentioned have not been stayed by any competent court, the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the side.

The interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

With this direction, this application is disposed of.
