Sri Pankaj Kumar Agarwal and Smt. Dipti Agarwal appeared along with their son-Sri Parth Agarwal and daugher-Ms. Deeksha Agarwal along with their counsel. The matter has been heard at length. We have interacted with all the members of the family. We find that there is every chance of reconciliation in the matter. At present, the appellant is paying a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month to Smt. Dipti Agarwal towards maintenance and Rs.12,500/- per month to Ms. Deeksha Agarwal for her maintenance. It is agreed that from next month, Sri Pankaj Kumar Agarwal will pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- in cash to Smt. Dipti Agarwal and will make a fixed deposit of Rs.15,000/- in the name of Ms. Deeksha Agarwal in each month and hand over the same to her and the same shall be utilized in her marriage. It is also made clear that any fixed deposit which stands in the name of Ms. Deeksha Agarwal made by Sri Pankaj Kumar Agaral shall also be utilized in her marriage.

It is informed that Smt. Dipti Agarwal along with her son and daughter are living in House No. D-12, Rampur Garden Bareilly. She may be allowed to continue to live in the said house without any hindrance and interference by the appellant or any one.
