Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 

The petitioners are three in number. They are working as Modern Teachers, Madarsa Arbia, Aishatul Ulum, Jagatbela, district Gorakhpur.

They seek direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of honorarium to them.

Counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the communication sent by the District Minority Welfare Officer, Gorakhpur to the Director, Minority Welfare Department, Lucknow on 15.3.2013 wherein the Director has been requested to release necessary funds for payment of honorarium. In the said communication, the petitioners' institution has also been referred.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, the ends of justice requires that a direction may be issued to respondent no. 2, the Director, to consider the communication sent by the District Minority Welfare Officer, Gorakhpur dated 15.3.2013 and take appropriate decision expeditiously.Needless to add that this court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of.
