The grievance of the petitioner is that he has passed the TET Examination-2011 for selection of Primary Teacher.

An advertsiement was issued inviting the application for correction of records. The last date was mentioned as 21.7.2014.

According to the petitioner he sent the application for corr3ection on 10.7.2014, but due to postal delay it reached in the department concerned after the last date.

Learned standing counsel submits that the correction was also permissible by online and there was no occasion to sent the copy under the postal facility.
