The petitioner is working as Senior Personal Assistant.

His grievance is that he is entitled for second upward movement with effect from 01.01.1995 in the pay scale of Rs. 2200-4000 as revised to Rs. 8000-13500.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.F. Ansari holding brief of Sri Iqram Ahmad for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

The counsel for the petitioner has relied on some memos of the University which has been brought on record of the writ petition. He further states that the petitioner has moved a representation to the authority concerned on 16.11.2013.

Be that as it may, in my view the ends of justice requires that grievance of the petitioner may be considered by the appropriate authority at the first instance.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon the Registrar, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (Respondent no. 2) to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2013 expeditiously. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority. In the event any such representation is filed, the concerned authority shall consider it and pass appropriate orders on accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
