Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

The order of the District Inspector of Schools dated 18th July, 2014 by which he has directed the petitioner to provide scholarship to some of the students, is under challenge.

The only argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is that certain papers which are required to be produced, have not been filed.

If that is so, then it is for the petitioner to ask in writing from the students to submit required  papers which they are to provide. On receipt of the papers within the time bound frame the petitioner is to ensure compliance of the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools.

No interference, otherwise is required in the order.

Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
