The petitioners are four in numbers. They claim that they are working as Class-IV employees in the college namely 'Sri Durga Ji Inter College, Chandeswar, Azamgarh.
The petitioners claim that the college after following the procedure prescribed in the Regulation of the Indian Education Act, has appointed them as class IV employees in the college. However, the salary bill sent by the committee of management of the college has not been accepted by the District Inspector of Schools, Aamgarh. Consequently their salary have not been paid to date. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, to meet the end of justice, a direction is issued upon the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh to consider the grievances of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders after hearing the principal and the committee of management expeditiously, preferably, within four months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order before him. Needless to say that the court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case and the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders independently in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
