The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents for payment of his salary alongwith interest. 

The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Prathmik  Vidyalaya , Usiya, Tehsil Jamaniya, Ghazipur. It is stated that the salary of the petitioner from the Month of February, 2004, July 2006 and February, 2008 (Total 10 months salary) has been withheld without any justifiable reason. In this respect, it is stated that the petitioner has preferred several representations to the Zila Basis Shiksha Adhikari,Ghazipur (Respondent no. 3 ), which the petitioner has annexed as Annexure Nos. 5, 6 and 7 to this writ petition.

I have heard Sri Ankit Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.B. Pradhan, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 and learned standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2. With the consent of the parties, this writ petition is finally disposed of.

In view of considering the fadcts and circumstances of the case a direction issued upon Respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders after hearing the concerned parties expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order before him.Needless to add that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case and the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders independently in accordance with law. 

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
