Learned counsel for petitioners appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared  for respondent nos. 1 to 3.  Learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 7 appeared  and  filed counter affidavit today. The said counter affidavit is taken on record. 

Corpus  Km. Jyoti Gupta @ Kajal was identified by learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 7. She was produced by respondent nos. 4 to 7 in compliance of order dated  17.9.2014 passed by this Court. Corpus Km. Jyoti Gupta @ Kajal  stated  her age 25 years. She stated that she has married with respondent no.4 Abul Vaish  @ Shanu. She further stated that she is living with her husband  with her free will and without  compulsion. She stated that  she wants to go with her husband respondent no.4 Abul Vaish  @ Shanu.

In view of above statement of corpus Km. Jyoti Gupta @ Kajal, it is apparent that she has not been wrongfully confined by respondent nos. 4 to 7. Therefore, present writ petition is dismissed.
