Pursuant to the order of the Court dated 17.9.2014, OL Report (Judl) No. 264 of 2014 filed today, is taken on record.

It has been submitted that the highest bidder i.e. M/s Platina Infractech Pvt Ltd has given pay Order bearing No. 000057 dated 14.10.2014 payable Axis Bank, Allahabad for Rs. 47,25,000/- towards 25% of bid amount as per Terms and Conditions of sale, to the Official Liquidator, Allahabad . The Official Liquidator may deposit the same in the bank. The remaining amount towards sale proceeds may be deposited by the highest bidder excluding earnest money amounting to Rs. 38 lakhs as per Terms and Conditions of the auction sale.

Pursuant to the order of the court dated 8.10..014, OL Report (Judl) No. 265 of 2014 filed today, is also taken on record. By the order dated 8.10.2014, the Official Liquidator was directed to approach the Chairman/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Raebareilly on 11.11.2014 at 11.00 am.

A prayer has been made that some other date may be fixed to approach the Chairman/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Raebareilly.

With the consent of the parties, it is provided that on 13.11.2014 at 11.00 am the Official Liquidator or any other officer appointed on his behalf shall appear before the Chairman/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Raebareilly. It is provided that Chairman/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parisad shall ensure possession of the property (passage/patri) to be handed over to the Official Liquidator or to any other officer appointed by him for the purpose.

In view of the above, the applications are disposed of.
