Learned counsel for petitioners appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1 to 4. Shri Rajul Bhagawa appeared for respondent no.6. None appeared for respondent nos. 7 to 9.

Corpus was not produced in compliance of order dated 15.9.2014.

Shri Rajul Bhagawa learned for respondent no.6 prayed for time to file counter affidavit and to produce corpus.

Respondent nos. 5 to 9 have already been granted time to file counter affidavit. However last opportunity  of counter affidavit is given to respondent nos. 5 to 9.

Counter affidavit may be filed within two weeks. No further opportunity shall be given for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed  within a week thereafter.

List on 12.11.2014.

Corpus shall be produced  by respondent nos. 5 to 9 in compliance of order dated 15.9.2014.
