1. This is an application seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case no. 519 of 2012 (Subhash Chandra Sharma Vs. Smt Neha @ Nihal Devi) under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Firozabad to Mathura on the ground that the applicant is dependent upon her father  and she has no source of income to contest the case as Firozabad.

2. Heard Sri M.N. Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.P.Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. This Court ,with the consent of parties, proposes to allow this application.

4. In the present case, since both parties have agreed that the matter may be transferred to a competent Court at Varanasi, this application is accordingly allowed.

5. Let record of Matrimonial Case no. 70  of 2014 ( Amit Verma Vs. Barkha Rani)  pending in the Court of Principal Judge/ Family Court, Kanpur Nagar be transferred to Azsamgarh. The Court at Kanpur Nagar shall ensure immediate transmission of record to Mathura. The District Judge, Azamgarh is directed to assign this matter to appropriate competent Court without any further delay. I further direct the Court at Agra to proceed and decide the matter expeditiously.
