The correction application is allowed and the order dated 17.09.2014 is corrected as follows :

"In the second line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 17.09.2014, the Section "3(1)(X) SC/ST Act" be deleted and in its place "3(1)(XI) SC/ST Act " shall be read.
