Despite the stop order passed by this Court on 28.7.2014, neither the counter affidavit has been filed nor instruction has been obtained. Sri R.N. Shukla, learned Standing Counsel, requested that the case may be taken up in the next cause list to enable him to file counter affidavit.

List in the next cause list i.e. on 17.10.2014. It is made clear that if the counter affidavit will not be filed nor the instruction will be submitted, the Court will proceed accordingly and shall impose heavy cost.

Any fresh resolution/settlement of the fair price shop shall be subject to the order passed by this Court.
