Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1.

The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.9.2013 passed in writ petition no. 52858 of 2013 as well as the order dated 27.1.2014 passed in contempt application no. 605 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to annexure-2 to the affidavit, which is the order of writ court, and it is contended that the salary of the applicant has not been paid inspite of the direction given by this Court. 

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has filed compliance report today in Court and in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the compliance report, it is averred that entire amount of salary of 14 months due to the applicant has been paid over to him.

In view of the compliance report, the order of writ court has been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out.  The present application is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
