Issue notice to the respondent no. 4 fixing a date immediately after six weeks.
All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar facts this Court vide its order dated 5.1.2011 passed in the connected Writ Petition No. 74777 of 2010 has granted interim protection. It is thus submitted that similar interim protection be granted to the petitioner herein also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and for the reasons given in the order dated 5.1.2011 passed in the connected Writ Petition No. 74777 of 2010 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) it is directed that the respondents shall not insist upon countersignature of the Gram Pradhan for the purpose of lifting and distribution of kerosene oil and other commodities.
