Application for amendment was moved on behalf of petitioner to add next friend to natural guardian  in description of petitioner. Amendment prayer appears necessary for proper determination of writ petition.

Let amendment be incorporated  by today. 

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. and perused petition.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 5 and 6 with direction to produce corpus before the Court on date fixed, provided the petitioner deposits Rs.10,000/- as security in the name of Registrar General of this Court which shall be forfeited to pay as cost to respondents, if the contention made in petition regarding wrongful confinement of corpus is found false.

Counter affidavit  may be filed without four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List on 11.2.2015. 

Petitioner shall deposit said amount of security within a week, thereafter, notices shall be issued to respondent nos. 5 and 6 as ordered above.
