This is an application under section 24 read with 151 CPC for transfer of Original Suit No. 150 of 2009; Smt. Ramwati vs. Sanjay Kumar and other pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mathura to the competent court of District Kanpur Nagar.

One of the daughter of the applicant is residing at Kanpur Nagar and the applicant may not have any inconvenience to pursue her case there. I do not find any ground for transfer of the aforesaid case.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
