The petitioner is challenging the allotment of the fair price shop for the village Kisholee Pargana Agota, District Bulandshahar to the respondent no. 7 on the ground that he is not the resident of the said village. The contention is that a detailed objection in this regard has been filed before the Khand Vikas Adhikari and also before the S.D.M. but without considering the objection, particularly, that the respondent no. 7 is not the resident of the village concerned, the allotment of the fair price shop in favour of respondent no. 7 has been settled.

Issue notice to respondent no. 7. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondent no. 7 by Speed Post as well as by registered post, both, at the address of House no. 277, Mohalla Adresh Nagar, Qusba Gulawathi Tehsil Sadar District Bulandshahar and also at the address of Kisholee Pargana Agota, District Bulandshahar.

Learned Standing Counsel, who is appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, may file counter affidavit.
