This application has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking disposal of the bail application of the applicant on the same day in Case Crime No. 421 of 2013  under section 420 IPC, Police station Tirwan, district Kannauj.

Learned counsel for the applicant placed reliance on a judgment of this Court dated 3.7.2014 passed in application under section 482 Cr.P.C., No. 27679 of 2014 as also the order dated 5.9.2013 passed in application under section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 36783 of 2014. As subject matter in issue has already been considered by full bench of this court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of UP reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 and the pronouncement of the Supreme Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of UP 2009(3) ADJ 322 and vide his judgment dated 3.7.2014, in the above mentioned application under section 482 Cr.P.C. it has been observed that the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court is binding upon all the courts, as such, no separate directions are required in the matter except that the court below shall consider the bail application of the applicant in the light of the aforesaid pronouncements.

With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed of.
