Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present transfer application has been filed with the prayer to transfer the Original Suit No. 287 of 2007 (Sri Suman Singh Vs. Sri Lal Singh) pending before the Civil Judge(J.D.) Etah to any other court of competent jurisdiction at District Kashiram Nagar.

The transfer application has been filed  on the ground that the suit property lies at newly carved out district Kanshiram nagar. The suit ought to have been transferred from Etah to Kanshiram Nagar. The report of District Judge, Etah dated 16.5.2014 indicates that suit property lies in the newly carved out District Kanshiram Nagar.

Learned counsel for the parties pray for and are granted time to seek instructions.
