Sri K.N. Tripathi, learned Senior Advocate, states that this case was on the Board on several occasions. On first round, the case reached, but the counsel for the respondent Sri Rudra Pratap Mishra and Sri Ashok Srivastava did not appear on any of the occasion. It is informed that Sri H.P. Mishra, Senior Advocate, is appearing on behalf of the respondent. Sri Shakti Dhar Dube, learned counsel for the appellant went to the house of Sri H.R. Mishra , Advocate to inform about the date, but he did not receive any response. It is further submitted that he tried to inform in writing to Sri H.R. Mishra about the date but he has refused to take the notice. In the circumstances, he suggested that the matter may be placed on Monday i.e. on 26.5.2014 and he will inform about the date to Sri H.R. Mishra and Sri Rudra Pratap Mishra, Advocates in writing and make efforts for their appearance on the said date.
