In the second line of paragraph no.1 of the order where the date '29.4.2013' is mentioned, it should now be read as '29.3.2014'. Since the amendment application has been allowed, in the array of the parties the respondent no.1 should now be read as 'Deputy Labour Commissioner, U.P., Saharanpur Region, District Saharanpur'.

To the aforesaid extent, the application is allowed.
