By the order dated 18.4.2014, the counsel for the petitioner had been granted time to file a supplementary affidavit annexing thereto CH Form 2A to establish that a boring existed in plot no. 587. Again, on 25.4.2014 adjournment was sought on the ground that the said Form 2A could not be procured.

Today, when the case the taken up, a mention has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that his client is unable to procure the said CH Form 2A which is required to be filed. He, therefore, prays for further time to file the said Form.

He is granted ten days further time to file supplementary affidavit. This supplementary affidavit may be filed on or before 17th May, 2014.

In case, the supplementary affidavit is filed within the time fixed, the case shall be put up as fresh on 20th May, 2014. In case, the supplementary affidavit is not filed within the time indicated above, this writ petition shall stand dismissed without any reference of this Court.
