Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Petitioners have filed this petition for a direction to the court concerned to decide interim injunction application paper No.6C filed in Original Suit No.860 of 2013, (Raja Hashim and others Vs. Babu Ram and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moradabad within a time bound period.

The submission is that the other side has put in appearance and has filed written statement.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concern to consider and decide the above interim injunction application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible by curtailing all unnecessary adjournments and fixing short dates in quick succession preferably within a period of three months with the outer limit of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

Petition is disposed of.
