This application has been filed with a prayer to recall the order dated 10.2.2014 passed by this court by which non bailable warrants have been issued against the accused respondents.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that his name was not printed in the cause list, hence he could not mark the case. He is ready to argue the case on behalf of the accused respondents. In the circumstances, non-bailable warrants issued against the accused respondents may be recalled.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the accused respondents, it is directed that non-bailable-warrants issued against the accused respondents shall be kept in abeyance till 30.4.2014.
List on 30.4.2014, in case counsel for the accused respondents remains present on that date to argue the appeal, non bailable warrants issued against the accused respondents shall be kept in abeyance.
Accordingly this application is disposed off.
