This is an application for correction of the order dated 14.03.2014 supported with an affidavit of petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that the writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 14.03.2014, but due to typographical error, in paragraphs 3, 5 and 6  'Am Kishor' has been written whereas it should be "Ram Kishor" likewise in the fourth line of paragraph 3, under Section '178' has been written whereas it should be "176".

On due consideration and perusal of the order dated 14.03.2014, the application is allowed. The word 'Am Kishor' occurred in paragraphs 3,5 and 6 of the aforesaid order be read as "Ram Kishor" and the figure '178' occurred in the fourth line of paragraph 3 of the aforesaid order be read as "176".
