Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared.
Shri I.S. Faruqi, learned Assistant Solicitor General appeared and accepted notices for opposite parties no. 1 to 3.
By filing this writ petition the petitioner has prayed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to revaluate the petitioner answer sheet and to provide the correct marks to the petitioner.
In view of relief claimed at this stage, no mandamus for interim relief is required.
Counter affidavit may be filed filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after six weeks before the appropriate Bench.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri I.S. Faruqi, learned Assistant Solicitor General on application for interim relief.
Any appointment on the basis of present requirement shall be subject to the final order to be passed by this Court in this writ petition.
