Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

Learned A.G.A. submits on the basis of the report received from Sri K.D. Singh, S.I., P.S. Kherighat, District Bahraich that as per the statements of  alleged detenue Smt. Pinki Devi @ Reeta, she was living with her mother/father at her own sweet will and now she is ready to live with her husband Pawan Kumar. But in the absence of the petitioner, she is given in the custody of sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of Pawan Kumar husband of detenue Smt. Pinki Devi @ Reeta. Necessary papers have also been provided along with the above report. The same is taken on record.

Keeping in view of the above developments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks time to file supplementary affidavit, if any.

List in the 1st week of July, 2014 for admission as fresh.
