Learned A.G.A. prays for time to file counter affidavit regarding call detail of mobile of the deceased.

Prosecution has already been granted time for counter affidavit but he has failed to file any counter affidavit.

In the above circumstances, defence is granted last opportunity to file counter affidavit.
