Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record.

This supplementary affidavit has been filed in pursuance to the direction of the Court in the order dated 19.5.2014. 

The primary contention of the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha is that land reserved for public purpose has been allotted in the respondents chak.   The revision filed by the Gaon Sabha against such allotment was dismissed on the concession recorded by the erstwhile  Pradhan in the matter.  

In the supplementary affidavit filed today it has been stated that no permission had been granted by the Colletcor to the Pradhan to give any concession regarding land of the Gaon Sabha.

Matter requires consideration.

Shri Pradeep Kumar Srivastave, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Until further orders, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 30.10.2013  passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation shall remain stayed.  It is further provided that no construction shall be made over the land in question.
