This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to transfer the investigation of case crime No. 625 of 2013 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Maharajganj, District Raebareli from the present Investigating Officer to other superiors officer of the police so that the investigation may be fairly ensured.

From the perusal of the record it reveals that petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case. There is no good ground to transfer the investigation from the I.O. Such prayer is refused.

However, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having any grievance with the investigation, the same shall be raised before S.P. Raebareli, who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
