Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner   Mahant Siyaram Das with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to O.P. No. 1 to 6  to ensure security of the petitioner.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner has lodged the FIR in case crime No. 121 of 2014, under sections147, 148, 395, 504, 323 and 307 IPC, P.S. Ram Nagar, District Barabanki.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case the accused persons named in the FIR  has not been arrested, only Siyaram Das has been arrested, they are extending the threat to the petitioner, it is directed that S.P. Barabanki shall look into the matter personally  and after considering the grievances of the petitioner ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case. In case the protection is required, the same shall  be provided to the petitioner.

With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
