Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and Sri Angrej Nath Shukla, learned counsel for respondent No. 7.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner  with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.4.2014  by which the investigation has been transferred from the police station, Nawabganj to Etiyathok. The main allegation is that investigation has been entrusted to S.I. Hari Shanker Mishra of P.S. Etiyathok, District Gonda who is relative of accused respondent No. 7, but considering the submission made by learned A.G.A.  that respondent No. 6 Hari Shanker Mishra has retired from his service on 30.6.2014 and investigation is still pending, it is directed that S.P. Gonda shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
