Sri Surendra Kumar Sharma and Smt. Deep Shikha Sharma appeared along with their daughter Km. Ani Sharma along with their respective counsel.

Both the parties are agreed to settle their dispute. Smt. Deep Shikha Sharma agreed to give divorce to Sri Surendra Kumar Sharma, who filed divorce petition before the Family Court, on   the payment of Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lac), towards permanent alimony. Sri Surendra Kumar Sharma agreed to pay a sum of Rs.Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lac) by way of permanent alimony within one month. Sri Surendra Kumar Sharma states that he desires that the amount, which is to be paid, should be used in the marriage of his daughter. Smt. Deep Shikha Sharma agrees and stated that permanent alimony, which is payable to her, shall be transferred in the account of Km. Ani Sharma, which shall be used in her marriage.

Both the parties are directed to file a joint affidavit by tomorrow.

Put up tomorrow in Chambers at 3-30 P.M.
