This is an application for impleadment.

Supplementary affidavit is taken on record.  

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that during the pendency of present proceedings, Shri Alok Kuamr, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Faizabad and Shri Ram Swaroop, Inspector, Bikapur Kotwali, District-Faizabad have been transferred and in their place Shri Gyan Prakash Srivastava and Shri Sri Pal Singh have joined on the respective posts.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant brought to the notice the order of writ Court before them, despite that they are not permitting the applicants to lay roof on the house in question.

On due consideration, application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Shri Gyan Prakash Srivastava and  Sri Pal Singh as opposite parties no. 5 and 6, within three days.

After impleadment of Shri Gyan Prakash Srivastava and Sri Pal Singh as opposite parties no. 5 and 6, let notices be issued to them, returnable at an early date.
