This Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 28.1.2008 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 5 Kanpur Dehat, in criminal misc. appeal no. 26 of 2002 by which passed the order for confiscated the Truck No. U.G.K. 5163 and Hero Honda Motor Cycle No. UP 78Q 5958 as well as order dated 3.6.2002 passed by District Magistrate Kanpur Dehat in case no. 91 of 2001, under Section 72 Excise Act, State vs. Reeta Gera and another, Police Station Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat.

Vide order dated 15.05.2013, learned counsel for the revisionist was allowed two weeks time to file certified copy of the order dated 03.6.2002 passed by District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat.

When the matter is being taken up today, no one is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this revision despite this revision is taken up in the revised list and certified copy of the above referred order is also not filed till date.

In view of above, criminal revision is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.05.2013 as well as for want of prosecution.

The Criminal Revision is accordingly dismissed.
