This is an application for impleadment.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that Shri I.K. Mansoori has taken charge as Regional Director, N.C.T.E., Jaipur, Rajasthan.  Applicant sent copy of the order of writ Court to him through registered post on 22.04.2014.  As no action has been taken in compliance of the order of writ Court, therefore, necessity to implead Shri I.K. Mansoori arose as opposite party no. 2.

On due consideration, application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Shri I.K. Mansoori  as opposite party no. 2, within three days.

After impleadment of Shri I.K. Mansoori,  Regional Director, N.C.T.E., Jaipur, Rajasthan as opposite party no. 2, notice be issued to him, returnable at an early date.
