1.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the petitioner might have entered into a marriage alliance under a void marriage, however, respondent no.2 Sunita could not have been sent to Nari Niketan by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Milkipur, District Faizabad.

2.Sunita has been sent to Nari Niketan alongwith a child aged 3 years, who was born out of marriage alliance with the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel has also referred to Annexure-2, statement of Sunita dated 2.6.2014, wherein she specifically states that she wants to live with the petitioner Munna Lal.

4.Let Sunita be produced in Court from Nari Niketan, Ayodhya, District Faizabad, on 18.7.2014.

5.List on 18.7.2014.

6.Let a copy of this order be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police (S.S.P.), Faizabad, as also Incharge of Nari Niketan, Ayodhya, District Faizabad, for compliance of this order.

7.Registrar of this court is directed to ensure that this order is conveyed to the authorities noted above.
